The setting is great as it's not that far from the gare montparnasse.
-
A stone's throw away from the catacombs.
-
The position is pleasant as it's in the vicinity of Gare Montparnasse.

I turned out that the wifi was free. The breakfast is simple and after a couple of days it might be to familair, however the breakfast is not included so you can decide not to use it and go to a local French brasserie.

The hotel was clean and in very good shape. The rooms were more than adequate with excellent views from their reasonably sized balconies. The rooms were kept clean, very good housekeeping service. The staff spoke very good english and were extremely pleasant and helpful. We didn't have food so can not comment on their food standards. The location is excellent, just across the road from a Metro station and only a 15 minute walk to the Parc de Champs and Eiffel Tower. Overall, good value for money.
The only negative point we thought of and only a small point was that the décor of our room was rather ugly, but this was over shadowed by the many good points of this hotel.
-
The location of this hotel was perfect. Just right off the Metro stop and close to everything. There was a great coffee bar next door that we loved for a quick breakfast and a bakery across the street. We have 3 small children and felt safe the whole time. This is not a luxury hotel. There are no bells and whistles, but it was very comfortable and clean. We would go back there if in Paris again.

Fantastic location just 5 mins walk from metro Good value Luggage room Good breakfast service
Room and bathroom needed urgent redecoration
-
Everything was just perfect - can easily compare to three strars hotels.
-
Reasonable value for paris. Good front desk staff, clean and reasonable sized bathroom. Perfectly located next to metro and easy to see all the major sites of Paris.
-
The room was clean and functional, breakfast was plentiful and varied, staff were incredibly helpful. It had a lift and my room had a bath! Luggage can be left all day and an airport shuttle bus was organised by the desk staff.
Room was cleaned without warning whilst I was out, had I known I would have tidied up a bit more.
-
Good, good support in front desk
-
Etremely friendly, english-speaking staff, small but nice and comfortable room. Our room (51) had a small balcony with nice view. It is next to a metro station in a nice area. Shower was small but clean. Generally really good choice for economic holidays in Paris.
-
Location was brilliant, trains and buses close by. The staff were lovely, very helpful, spoke brilliant English. The rooms were clean.
The triple room decoration was poor, needed painting. The facilities were very basic, breakfast very expensive.
-
We appreciated very much the kindness and efficiency of the hotel portier. Internet worked well and the rooms were perfectly clean, a little bit smal, but this is Paris.

Close to metro station, very nice and safe location, rooms are very clean and small (but it is standard in Paris), good staff, soundproof windows,I recomended this hotel
morning smell of the breakfast in rooms
